The gym is equipped with 350 square feet of mat space, with padded walls 8 feet high. This is a great training centre geared towards Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. There is also 300 square feet of exercise space and equipment complete with free weights, cardio equipment, shower and change room.
